- Duration: 60 minutes per class (includes 10 minutes of Q & A).
- Online sessions and are scheduled as per convenience and availability Language will be a mix of English & Hindi.
- The session is not a one-to-one session but will have other participants with similar health goals.

The single session has to be taken within 1 month of payment (validity of single session payment is 1 month). |
6 session Package |
The 6-session package is valid for 2 months post payment date, and sessions are taken within 2 months of payment & and registration. |
12 session package |
The 12 Session package is valid for 3 months post payment date, & sessions to be taken within 3 months of payment & registration. |
