Review of 3-Day Sense 22 Yoga Retreat 5.0 at Govardhan Eco Village ISKON.
Our 3-day, 2-night retreat at Govardhan Eco Village, organized by Sense 22 Yoga, was an experience that beautifully balanced physical well-being and spiritual awakening. Every moment felt purposeful, well-planned, and deeply rejuvenating.
The sessions were thoughtfully curated — from aqua yoga and organic mud baths to tratak meditation and daily yoga practices. One of the highlights was the Mandala art session, where each participant expressed their inner state through colors and patterns. The sound healing session was another deeply relaxing experience, allowing us to unwind completely and resonate with peaceful vibrations. The wisdom talk on the “Mind” provided profound insights, while the Astrotalk session added a cosmic perspective to our spiritual understanding.
Spiritually, the retreat was soul-stirring. Participating in Mangal Aarti, Kirtans, and the sacred Yagya on Ekadashi created a divine atmosphere. The serene Yamuna Aarti and the scenic tour around the property, which beautifully mirrors the essence of Mathura, Vrindavan, Nandgaon, and Gokul, left everyone in awe.
Overall, it was an amazing experience — a perfect blend of mindful living, inner reflection, and devotional bliss. Special thanks to organisers Shailesh Patil and Aparna More for curating such a thoughtful and enriching retreat at this serene, nature-connected venue.
