Asmita is practicing & teaching Yoga since 15 years. She is certified from ‘The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai & The Government of India (Ayush Ministry). She has an unique style of Practice delivery which brings in the Grace of Yoga to one and all. We also call it the Ballet of Yoga. She is also a certified Chakra Dharana Trainer.
