Day 1: Arrival, Connection & Immersion
- Guests were welcomed with personalized eco-tote kits containing a mantra book, journaling notebook, neti pot, eye cups, and a wellness pen.
- After a hearty sattvic lunch at the iconic Govinda’s restaurant, participants rested and recharged.
- The retreat kicked off with a fun and refreshing Aqua Yoga session led by Narendra Dhairyawan, followed by Mud Therapy using special therapeutic mud – a great bonding and ice-breaking experience.
- The evening immersed everyone in the soul-stirring aarti and kirtans at the GEV temple.
- Post dinner, Shailesh Patil guided a deep, three-stage Tratak practice to settle the mind and prepare for inward journeys.
Day 2: Practice, Healing & Deeper Learning
- Morning began with an energizing traditional yoga session by Aparna More, focusing on alignment and breath awareness.
- After breakfast, Dr. Nikhita from our Ayurveda team delivered an insightful talk on Dinacharya (daily routines) and the Tridoshas (Vata-Pitta-Kapha), offering practical wellness tips.
- A deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session was conducted by Neeta, blending rest with awareness – loved and appreciated by all.
- Post-lunch downtime led into the most awaited segment:
- Sound Healing & Meditation with crystal bowls, gongs, and therapeutic sound in a state-of-the-art setup.
- Followed by a spiritually rich lecture on Yoga Philosophy by Nimai Lila Das, Head of ISKCON School of Yoga.
- The day closed with a nurturing Cow Cuddling session led by Yadavapati Das, a unique and emotional experience.
- The evening concluded with soulful Bhakti Yoga & reflections with Keshav Chandra Das Prabhu.
Day 3: Cleansing, Reflection & Celebration
- The day started with a live demo and practice of essential Shuddhi Kriyas, including Neti, Eye Wash, and a talk on the six yogic cleanses.
- A chakra awareness demo and group gratitude circle brought warmth and closure.
- Each participant received a certificate of participation, and books were gifted by the ISKCON GEV Ashram as a gesture of shared wisdom.
- The final celebration included birthday & anniversary surprises, music, hugs, and hearts full of joy.
Truly a journey of body, mind, and soul – guided by the finest facilitators, steeped in sattva, and held in the serene lap of nature.
