The retreat includes walking on uneven pathways, climbs, and movement across hilly terrain.
Many spiritual sites (temples, ashrams, ghats) have limited wheelchair access.
Participants should have basic mobility and be able to walk at a comfortable pace.
A general level of good health, stamina, and balance is recommended.
Not recommended for those with severe knee issues, vertigo, or mobility constraints unless accompanied with personal support.
