Do I need prior experience in yoga or golf?
No. The retreat is designed for all levels — complete beginners and advanced practitioners. All sessions are guided.
Is this retreat suitable for all age groups?
Yes. It is open to all ages above 10. Children/teens must be accompanied by an adult.

Are golf clubs and equipment provided?
Yes. The club provides all the equipment needed for the Golf Clinic.
You may bring your own set if preferred. Dress code for Golf: Wear comfortable sportswear

This is a non-refundable retreat but transferable to another individual (based on his or her fitness level to participate in the retreat.
Is transportation included?
No, travel to the venue is not included. Once we are done with registrations, individuals can coordinate carpooling with other participants.
Will there be photos or videos taken?
Yes. By registering, you consent to photos/videos being used for promotional purposes.
Can I come alone?
Yes — many participants join solo. This is a safe, warm and community-driven retreat.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
- Check-in: 1 PM AM on Day 1 (Be an hour early for Orientation)

Respectful behaviour toward other participants, facilitators, and staff is expected at all times.
Consumption of alcohol is allowed only in moderation and at designated times.

Room & Property Rules
Any damage to the room, equipment, or venue property will be chargeable to the participant.
Participants must respect check-in (1 pm) and check-out (10 AM) timings.
Activities & Schedule
The retreat schedule is designed for your transformation; however, activities may be adjusted or substituted depending on weather, safety, or operational reasons.
No refunds or partial refunds are offered for missed sessions.
