      Held from the 13th to the 17th of Feb 2026 (15- Feb 2026 was Maha Shivaratri) , and was led by Dr. Pallavi Kavhane-India's first Gold Medalist in Yoga and direct disciple of B. K. S. Iyengar, and Shri Shailesh Patil – Founder Sense 22 Yoga. This was a 5-day immersive experience of Maha Shivaratri in a place nourished by Ma Ganga in her pristine emerald avatar. What participants experienced ?: Deep mental stillness, heightened spiritual connection, and a sublime experience of Maha Shivaratri that went beyond ritual into realization.

      Important Suitability & Health Notes:
      The retreat includes walking on uneven pathways, climbs, and movement across hilly terrain. Many spiritual sites (temples, ashrams, ghats) have limited wheelchair access. Participants should have basic mobility and be able to walk at a comfortable pace. A general level of good health, stamina, and balance is recommended. Not recommended for those with severe knee issues, vertigo, or mobility constraints unless accompanied with personal support. This is a group retreat — participants should be comfortable following a shared schedule and group travel plan.
