      6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Giriraj & Yamuna Aarti, Govardhan Parikrama Evening aarti and sacred circumambulation walk

      10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Yoga & Health in Chronic Diseases Practical insights into therapeutic yoga
      11:45 AM – 1:00 PM Wisdom Talk & Sound Meditation Spiritual talk by ISKCON Head of Philosophy followed by sound healing
      1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Lunch Traditional vegetarian thali at Govinda’s Café
      2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Goshala Visit & Rest Time at the Goshala for sattva enhancement and peaceful contemplation

      GEV is a serene spiritual community established by ISKCON, located in Wada, Palghar district, approximately 2.5 hours from Mumbai and Thane.
      What are the retreat dates and duration?
